Adam Hanga | G
Strengths

Right handed… Hanga differs from the prototypical European guard with the type of explosive athleticism that NBA teams covet. He plays hard and puts himself in good situations with his ability to handle the basketball and knock down shots with range… Hanga has the ability to play either guard spot, although he is more a 2 than a point. He's long and smooth and aggressive with the ball in his hands. He has the versatility to be a factor in the pick-and-roll game or just the quickness to split the defense from the top of the key where he will commonly finish at the rim or with a floater from inside ten feet…
Weaknesses

Hanga isn't playing at a very high level right now and we still see quite a few areas for improvement. He's an aggressive player by nature and tends to use it a bit too much where he will over-penetrate or over-dribble. He needs to earn more playing time and experience at this level or show he can produce at the next level before making the jump… He sees the court well, but tries to connect on passes a bit too far out of his range or connects with a teammate in trouble… He loves to drive from the top of the key and down the lane or go baseline which has afforded him too many offensive foul opportunities by floating without a jump-stop or running out of space and driving with his head down. Overall, a simple theme in his game is over-aggressiveness and over-commitment on the defensive end.
