Collegiate Team Selected for Team USA Training

Earlier this week, the ten man roster was announced for the 2010 Basketball Select squad that will participate in the USA World Championship Team training camp in New York from August 9-13. This is a great opportunity for this collective group of upperclassmen to hone their skills as a player and bolster their NBA stock going up against the USA's best players.

Making the cut were:

Guards: Shelvin Mack (Butler), Nolan Smith (Duke), Kemba Walker (Connecticut)

Forwards: Jon Leuer (Wisconsin), Kyle Singler (Duke), Chris Singleton (Florida State), Chris Wright (Dayton), Lavoy Allen (Temple)

Centers: JaJuan Johnson (Purdue), Mike Tisdale (Illinois)
