Baylor's Dunn Suspended Indefinitely
Just minutes after finishing up some film on Baylor's senior guard LaceDarius Dunn, updating his scouting report and highlighting him as a potential All-America pick in NBA-DRAFT.COM's preseason rankings, a news report surfaced that Dunn has been suspended indefinitely from the Bears' basketball team after being arrested in Waco, Texas.
While facts are still being gathered by the authorities, it has been reported by CBSSports.com that Dunn has been charged with aggravated assault after an incident with his girlfriend. According to another report from FoxSports.com, Dunn's girlfriend's father claims the incident was just an accident. She supposedly sneaked up on him in the dark and Dunn happened to hit her by mistake.
For now, Dunn is still suspended and you can bet other scouts are looking into this issue with some close eyes as Dunn could be a potential second-round pick in the 2011 NBA Draft with his sharp-shooting perimeter skills.
