We just wrote about Biyombo a few days ago because of his freak-like measurements at the Nike Hoop Summit- 6'9" in height with a 7'7" wingspan and a 9'3" standing reach. From those measurables alone, Biyombo has the makings of a lottery pick, but his play backed him up. He recorded the first-ever triple-double in Nike Hoop Summit history with 12 points, 11 rebounds and 10 blocks. He's still more than raw, but that's because this kid just starting playing basketball a couple of years ago. He stepped right into the ACB and made an impact right away with his length and athleticism, leading the league in blocks. Biyombo hustles up-and-down the floor, looking to follow up every offensive attempt or swat and alter anything he can on the other end of the floor. He'll able to impact the game right away, sort of like Serge Ibaka for the Thunder, and his offensive game will come around and give his franchise that added bonus.
