#1 Texas takes on #21 Connecticut - 1/23/10
#1 Ranked Texas takes on the #21 ranked Huskies in Storrs CT today. Texas is coming off the Team's first and only loss of the season. The Huskies are having a disappointing season, but are 10-1 at home. Connecticut lost their last 3 out of their last 4 games winning their last game vs. Big East opponent St. John's. The huskies will play with an extra chip on their shoulder playing without head coach Jim Calhoun. In order for the Huskies to pull off an upset, they will need a big game out of their senior combo of Jerome Dyson and Stanley Robinson. The other key for UConn is to slow down the front court of Texas which includes Damion James and Dexter Pittman. Does Connecticut have what it takes to possibly upset Texas? Only time will tell.
