Ed Davis Still Limited
After an impressive freshman campaign with the Tar Heels off the bench, Davis, a lean 6'10" big man, was limited in his sophomore follow-up. He broke his wrist in February and essentially missed UNC's remaining 13 games. When he was on the court, Davis proved that he was a potential top-10 pick with his length, athleticism and rebounding prowess, but he will still need time to add strength and experience. It doesn't help his stock that he is still limited in the Chicago pre-draft camp because of his wrist injury. Some GMs and scouts aren't sold on Davis as they expected more from him this season; while others have red flagged him because of his nagging wrist injury. Regardless, Davis is still a sure-fire lottery pick, but where in the top 14? That is the one thing that's not for certain just yet.
