Drummond is going in the top-half of the lottery, but it just depends on which team is willing to take the giant risk with his development. His tremendous size and athleticism for a prospect so young, along with his inconsistent efforts could either make or break the tenure of a GM. If not Drummond, two real possibilities are Damian Lillard and Dion Waiters.
