West and Shaq are two options
The Celtics are still a contender for the NBA championship and team president Danny Ainge's plan is to add a veteran or two that can help the team.
The Boston Globe lists Delonte West, a former Celtic, Shaquille O'Neal and Roger Mason as possibilities.
West is expected to be waived by Minnesota in the next few days and O'Neal wants to play for a contender and has only a few options at this time.
The Celtics are also looking at bringing back Eddie House and Michael Finley.
