2. Florida Gators

Highlights: It's time to finally give this Florida team the credit it deserves- it's lone 2 losses on the year were by a combined 7 points, both away from home and the Gators are killing teams ever since.
3. Duke Blue Devils
2012-13 Record: 19-2 (6-2 ACC)

This Week: 2/7 vs. NC State; w/10 @ Boston College
Highlights: Due to N.C. State's recent collapse, the Blue Devils will face just one ranked team the rest of the way, March 2nd against a Miami team that leads the ACC with an undefeated mark.
4. Michigan Wolverines
2012-13 Record: 20-2 (7-2 Big Ten)

Highlights: It's never easy to win on the road in conference, especially in Bloomington when the Hoosiers were rocking like they were. Trey Burke kept the Wolverines in it all the way.
5. Kansas Jayhawks

This Week: 2/6 @ TCU; 2/9 @ Oklahoma
Highlights: The Cowboys came into Lawrence, Kansas and upset our top-ranked Kansas Jayhawks, snapping a 33-game home win streak, but Kansas is still one of the top 4-5 contenders for the National Title.
6. Gonzaga Bulldogs
2012-13 Record: 21-2 (8-0 West Coast)

This Week: 2/7 vs. Pepperdine; w/9 vs. Loyola-Marymount
Highlights: This Gonzaga team should not be taken lightly- the Zags have the best frontcourt rotation in the country and could run the table the rest of the way by leaning on their bigs.
7. Miami (FL) Hurricane
2012-13 Record: 17-3 (8-0 Big East)

Highlights: Miami continues to dominate the ACC with a 2-game lead in conference and a decent home schedule the rest of the way to win the league outright.
8. Arizona Wildcats
2012-13 Record: 19-2 (7-2 Pac-12)

This Week: 2/6 vs. Stanford; 2/10 vs. Cal
Highlights: Arizona is the most talented team in the conference, yet will likely lose the Pac-12 regular-season title due to a tie-breaker with Oregon.
9. Louisville Cardinals

This Week: 2/6 @ Rutgers; 2/9 @ Notre Dame
Highlights: This could be potentially a tough week for the Cardinals- Rutgers and Notre Dame are both on the road and more than capable of winning a game from Louisville.
10. Syracuse Orange

Highlights: Will Syracuse get James Southerland back at some point; he is currently appealing his academic suspension, but who knows?
11. Michigan State Spartans

Highlights: This team is tough to figure out- the guards are talented, but inconsistent, leading to the notion that center Adreian Payne and his hot streak have made him the best player on this team.
12. Ohio State Buckeyes
2012-13 Record: 17-4 (7-2 Big Ten)

This Week: 2/5 @ Michigan; 2/10 vs. Indiana
Highlights: The only way this week could get tougher for the Ohio State Buckeyes was if their home game against Indiana got moved to Bloomington. They will have to have their A+ game this week to come away with at least one win.
13. Georgetown Hoyas
2012-13 Record: 16-4 (6-3 Big East)

Highlights: The offense has been surprisingly more efficient without starting power forward Greg Whittington on the floor for the Hoyas, who is suspended due to academics.
14. Butler Bulldogs

Highlights: The A-10 may just very well be the 4th best conference in the country behind the Big Ten, Big East and Mountain West top-to-bottom.
15. New Mexico Lobos

Highlights: The Mountain West is right up there as one of the nation's best conferences and New Mexico is the leader of the pack with a 1-game lead, not over SDSU or UNLV, but Colorado State and Air Force.
16. Kansas State Wildcats

Highlights: This Oklahoma State team, led by Marcus Smart, is beginning to fulfill some of their massive potential. If they had a low-post big man, they'd be a legit national contender.
21. Oregon Ducks

Highlights: Oregon's undefeated conference run came to an end with two straight losses thanks in part to the absence of Dominic Artis, the team's starting point guard. The team needs to find an answer without him.
22. N.C. State Wolfpack
2012-13 Record: 16-6 (5-4 ACC)

Highlights: We are giving NC State a semi-pass by keeping them in the rankings due to the injury of Lorenzo Brown. He should be back this week, just in time for a matchup with Duke and much-needed win.
23. Notre Dame Fighting Irish

Highlights: Notre Dame is failing to live up to its potential with veteran guards and a solid frontcourt rotation, but there's no doubt Mike Brey will get this team back in order.
